Spreading the Word

Hey everybody I just got off the phone with Claire Osborn from the Austin American Statesman for an interview! Now everyone in the Austin area will know what OLPC is and what we will be doing in Nairobi, Kenya. Also, my other team mate Brandon Webb got a story published in the Waco Tribune (http://www.wacotrib.com/news/content/news/stories/2009/05/17/05172009wackenyalaptops.html) as well as Michele who had a story published in the Georgetown Sun. We are leaving in less than two weeks! I am so excited and pumped about this project. I hope that the orphans in Nairobi will be able to implement the laptops in their every day lives. They will be able to record, take pictures, use a word document, use a painting program, compose music, and much more.
